Halton Honda

Sales person assumed because he had sold my husband and son a Honda that when I went to look at one he “owned me”. I had started to deal with another sales person and he recognized me and told the sales pe son a Honda that when I went to look at one he “owned me”. I had started to deal with another sales person and he recognized me and told the sales person I was his client (which I was not). Pressured me into a lease (which I had no intention of doing-obviously he makes more) and when I went to pick up the car he forgot to give me my cheque for the trade in ($17000). When I called he was not at all apologetic. Made me drive back to Honda (At agreed time) and made me wait for him to come out of a meeting for 10 minutes after all the other sales people came out of the meeting (again no apology). Bullied me repeatedly to give him top marks when the survey came. At end of lease told me I would be “stupid” not to lease again (I wanted to purchase a used SUV). I went to another Honda dealer to purchase and will never step foot back in Halton Honda. I have also experienced standing in the sale room for 30 minutes while the salesmen chat with each other and ignored me for 20 minutes. Stay away from this dealership! More

Services was excellent. Unfortunately, due to illness my appointment took much too long. I was just having my winter tires installed.
