Gone for oil change but not satisfied with service! Went for oil change, after finishing oil change start the car and noticed low Tyre pressure alarm. Notified the person in the service dept so,he said Went for oil change, after finishing oil change start the car and noticed low Tyre pressure alarm. Notified the person in the service dept so,he said it will cost you $109.00 + tax to reset the alarm. Other thing about Cabinet Filter, always want us to change it. Unbeliveable! Did not bother to look at why is the alarm. More
Long wait and lost tires Waited 1 1/2 hour for scheduled service to remove winter tires. Car still in lineup. Left and returned few weeks later and they couldn't locate my tires after looking for 1 1/2 hours. On third visit tires replaced and dealer paid for small service fee but not for tire storage. Spent total of 5 hours to complete simple tire change. More

They also said that I needed new tires but when I went into the service department to look at mine they suddenly said that I could probably get another season out of them......same thing happened with the same tires three years ago. Alex was upfront and honest about everything and he went out of his way to make sure that all of our needs or concerns were met. Very disappointing service and organization I lost a day of work because I had a service scheduled on my car. After waiting for a few minutes, I was told that the service had to be cancelled bec I lost a day of work because I had a service scheduled on my car. After waiting for a few minutes, I was told that the service had to be cancelled because the part I needed for the car had been back ordered. They should have let me know about it instead of making me spend my time and lose a day at work. Also, some of the staff is really rude . From now on I'm taking my car to Toyota Cambridge where looks like they care a bit more about their costumers More
Terrible Experience This is my 6th, lease / purchase through Guelph Toyota, and I have referred countless clientele to the dealership as they have been great to deal with This is my 6th, lease / purchase through Guelph Toyota, and I have referred countless clientele to the dealership as they have been great to deal with for my first 5 transactions. Not so much on the 6th. I was assured I would have full compatibility with my Apple devices through the onboard head unit, and this is not so. At best, I have 50% compatibility, and that's only some of the time. This was the only reason I opted for a more expensive package. The dealership has not responded to any OMVIC or BBB correspondence. As well, I have been passed off to several employees, none with any answers, and No one will return any email or phone correspondence for approximately 5 weeks. I had no choice but to take this online. Terrible, and unethical from a sales and service perspective. No replies in over a month from Ron Stewart (sales manager) and i was completely passed off and never contacted again by Marlyn Palmer, the Sales and Leasing agent i dealt with during the transaction. More
Not impessed Took car in for airbag recall. They honored the recall but airbag light is still on. Indicated non-related issue = chargeable service to diagnose afte Took car in for airbag recall. I felt their recall repair was incomplete as they should have advised me of the sensor light issue while the car was still in the shop with the root cause. The station Service Tech indicated the recall service was all that was covered by Toyota and he could not do anything else for me. I requested to see his boss , reluctently he was tracked down. Got more info on the potential root cause but it would be a 45 min. job to diagnose . Neither the tech nor his boss seemed to care that I felt the job was incomplete in my mind. My 2006 car will need to be replaced soon, Will seriously consider Toyota again but not from this DEALER. More
a lack of communcation we were negotiating at a guelph honda dealership for a 2011 toyota scion for two weeks because we were past clients and being past clients with the qu we were negotiating at a guelph honda dealership for a 2011 toyota scion for two weeks because we were past clients and being past clients with the quelph toyota we call the general manager whom we knew very well to get an idea if the price we were at of $9300.was fair for this car,toyota donot make this car anymore.we got call from honda and were told the car was sold and found out the toyota general manager with out are knowledge bought the car for wholesale $8600 and phone us back and try to sell us the car for $9900.So you can imagine the disapppointment in being a client of both dealer ships..So am i going to tell my friends to buy a car from either dealship of course not what would you do. More

As a first time customer, I felt my service experience needed improvement so i contacted head office, management and Jon Ewart, my truck salesman. Immediately, my concerns were addressed. Jon Ewart got me in touch with Dell and explained that there is no excuse for unpleasant service and that they changed all systems that week and it was a very stressful time for all his staff. He listened patiently and was genuine, taking my concerns to heart. He gave me free tire storage for a year and a free car detailing on my next visit and wants me to meet his service team next visit as a fresh start. Dell and Jon Ewart brought back my permi-smile :D More
