They don't seem to have enough staff to answer telephones and they do not return either phone or email messages. There was difficulty in getting the financial figures correct. Not a happy experience. Er More

Buying out a lease should not have taken more than a month and been so irritating. The quote given, in writing, should have been the amount required. I should not have been required to conduct business in your front lobby when you requested additional funds. I have put this down to doing business in modern times, where customer service is not a requisite.
