He made great efforts to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He really took the time to understand what we need and even made sure to answer each and every question we had patiently. We closed that day! I have to say that this was by far my best car shopping experience. It was so good that when we decided to purchase a 2nd car, we drove all the way back to Guelph, even though we have a Hyundai dealership 10 minutes from our house!
