Not impressed by Guelph Hyundai. As a repeat customer we bought a 2023 vehicle 8 months ago at 47,000 km. We have put 11,000kms since buying it and they did a brake inspection and As a repeat customer we bought a 2023 vehicle 8 months ago at 47,000 km. We have put 11,000kms since buying it and they did a brake inspection and said I need new brakes all around. Which tells me when they safeties it- they did nothing to service them. We spent a lot of $ on a car that should have had new brakes on it at 47000 kms. Also paid for the preferred package warranty which got us no where. Found the staff condescending when asking about this. They’ve gotten too big and forget customer service. Chris Currie sales manager was absolutely no help either. I’d caution you to look for a dealer with better service ( like they used to have) before spending your hard earned $ here. More
