I dropped off my car for maintenance around 9:30 AM, and the communication was honestly terrible. I was told it would be ready around 12 PM, but I ended up picking it up at 5:45 PM, and not once did anyone the communication was honestly terrible. I had to call multiple times, leave a message, and only then did someone finally tell me the car was ready. If I didn’t keep following up myself, I would’ve had no idea. This is extremely disappointing. A simple courtesy call isn’t too much to ask — especially when customers depend on accurate updates and timelines. I really hope the service department fixes this, because this kind of communication is not acceptable. More

I had an oil change appointment today at 9:30am. I work the late afternoon shift and ended up sleeping in. I brought the car in at 10:30 anyways and had told the service department what had happened I work the late afternoon shift and ended up sleeping in. I am super frustrated and disappointment with Guelph Hyundai. My partner's car needs servicing including open recall issues. Within the last week, I have left 5 voice messages with the service departm Hyundai. My partner's car needs servicing including open recall issues. Within the last week, I have left 5 voice messages with the service department an no one has called me back. In addition to the 5 voice messages, I used the online chat where I was told that my information would be passed onto a Service Advisor and I still did not receive a call back. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Very poor customer services. Waterloo Hyundai asked my call on the first ring. More
