We took our car in for a recall to have the paint checked and when it came out there was paint damage on the newly repaired bumper. Today I change my Santa Fe 2015 engine oil & filter in the morning 8:30 am at appointment after that I take my car with in 45 minutes. I was not able to get through by phone to the service department most of the time my vehicle was in for service. My vehicle was completed yesterday but I did not get a call to let me know and then took m department most of the time my vehicle was in for service.
