Disappointed with service I was told in February 2016 that I did not require brake work and that the front brakes still had 6 mm. Three months later, I am told that I only have I was told in February 2016 that I did not require brake work and that the front brakes still had 6 mm. Three months later, I am told that I only have 3 mm and I need brake work now since they are in the "red" zone and need replacing. Obviously the mechanics are not being supervised properly given that they don't seem to be able to measure properly. How can you trust anything the service department says. At the end of the day, I was told that I should get the brake work done soon and that it would cost over $500 for the front brake work. Seems a little excessive. I guess the biggest issue I have is that I was given incorrect information and during my most recent visit, the service staff never really seemed to care and rather than owning up to the mistake simply blamed others within the organization . Needless to say, I am not getting the brake work done at Hyundai and I not likely return to this dealership again. That is how disappointed I am. I need to have work done at a shop that I can trust and Guelph Hyundai does meet that requirement. The deterioration of service started with the departure of the former service manager Dan. Since then, it has been a revolving door of inexperienced personnel. More

Great service all round. My wife and I purchased a new Tucson GLS at Guelph Hyundai in 2015. The experience was so good that we came back a few months later and bought a Elant My wife and I purchased a new Tucson GLS at Guelph Hyundai in 2015. The experience was so good that we came back a few months later and bought a Elantra GT GLS too, nothing like some dealerships I’ve experienced in the past. Since then we’ve been back for scheduled maintenance, and a windshield emergency, and each time the service and support from the whole team has been exceptional. I thoroughly recommend a visit to Guelph Hyundai if you are in the market for a car, even if you’re just kicking the tires. I’ll be heading back there when the time comes. More
