Good for Sales and Service I have 2 Sonata's that were purchased at GH and are serviced on a regular basis. The Sales process was excellent both times with Scott Schafer handlin I have 2 Sonata's that were purchased at GH and are serviced on a regular basis. The Sales process was excellent both times with Scott Schafer handling the deals - great guy to deal with, very down to earth. Service is good and usually done right. Donny Lachance is very knowledgeable. I think that the dealership has lost a little of the personal touch since moving into the new, bigger facility. The service contacts used to be in a much smaller area and seemed to have more time to chat and discuss issues - used to feel a little more personal than it does now. I also believe that the cost of service has risen over the past year - not sure if that is an industry thing or a GH initiative but it appears to be more expensive now for regular maintenance items. Overall, a good place to buy and get service. More
