Going the extra mile! I recently called the Guelph dealership to schedule an oil change.. I was advised that there were a couple of factory recalls that they would take car I recently called the Guelph dealership to schedule an oil change.. I was advised that there were a couple of factory recalls that they would take care of for me , which a really appreciated. The service was completed so quickly, and the shuttle to and from work was great! The driver was so friendly and the timing was very punctual!!! I have always been treated very well be all the staff! Recall Service department was Polite, Efficient, and Quick, will come back again, now if they could only open at 7 am and have a shuttle at the time as well. A recall Good quick service and on time . I asked how long it would take and was told about one hour. 45 minutes later I was on my way home. Only thing I wish Good quick service and on time . My experience I love my new car and Scott is not bad either. All people present were positive and friendly. Longer wait times then I am used to... I have been to this service twice and both were supposed to be just quick oil changes and tire rotations, which took both times more than one and a ha I have been to this service twice and both were supposed to be just quick oil changes and tire rotations, which took both times more than one and a half hours. I had a Kia before and my service wait times were almost never more than an hour at Kia Service actually, therefore; I am not really used to this long wait times. Also, I thought the amount I have paid was quite high too... So; friendly environment, but needs better time management and more reasonable pricing. More
