Finance manager admitted commissions were much higher but could not explain the difference in the two verisions of warranties other than one was more "robost" for an extra $2000 and admitted he would only go for the cheaper warranty. Salesman (Jack) promised delivery on 3 separate days then had me (the customer) book a dent repair with their vendor personally, refused to fix it at dealership. Said I quote on the phone "you made me have egg on my face as I worked all day to get this done for you, is that what you want to do to me" 3 days after he said it would be ready, then was all smiles when we picked up the car. Work was being done to safety the car, but no one would actually admit what was being fixed, different answer every time, brakeline, c joint, brake pads, etc. Other observations: Employees smoking outside the front door of the dealership.
