I have visited other dealerships and wandered around waiting for someone to approach me to offer help. This was not the case with Guelph Hyundai – each visit I was immediately approached by friendly staff offering assistance. This certainly left me with a positive impression of the dealership. I can't say enough about all the staff at Guelph Hyundai. From their friendly environment to their excellent customer service it certainly was a positive experience. This “positive experience” resulted in my purchase of a brand new 2017 Santa Fe Sport that they immediately searched for in order to meet my specific needs/selection. My new vehicle arrived at the dealership on the date promised and looked even better than I expected! I’m absolutely thrilled with the complete look of my new vehicle and the interior colour selection chosen exceeded my expectations! Katelyn Slemmonds was very friendly and professional and took the time to ensure both my husband and myself knew about all the vehicle features, provided instructions on how everything worked along with connecting the blue tooth with my phone. An additional shout-out to both John Schoeck and Kevin Lasso for their assistance along with Gary Walton and James Hammond – their sense of humour brightened my day!
