Very disappointed On August 18 of this year I bought a Hyundai Santa fe 2012 ,the cs service by Jack Wilton was really awful ,any way why I'm writing this is because wh On August 18 of this year I bought a Hyundai Santa fe 2012 ,the cs service by Jack Wilton was really awful ,any way why I'm writing this is because when I get the car it never came with the locking lug nut key and I figure out just weeks ago when I try to install the winter tires,I went to the dealer and with one of the members we look together everywhere inside the car and we couldn't find anything, the guy took my info and mentioned you guys will give me a call, which it never happened, so I had to call several times and they have been transferred me over and over, again unfortunately I had to deal with Jack W. one more time very rude as well parts/services department they just blame me and saying the key was there on delivery time but is not true, Kevin Lasso delivered the car to me and he never show me that the key was there and my big mistake I didn't ask/look for it, my question is if services department lost it when they were checking the brakes for safety test or they may never check anything. Also I spoke with David Wheelhouse and he told me he will call me in the next 24 hours to see if the last owner may have it and he never call me back is unsafe driving without this key due that in case of flat tire I will be in big trouble plus I need to install the winter tires as soon as possible. Recommend unneeded repairs Once again; go in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and am told $1600 in repairs are needed. Take to another mechanic and am told none of repairs are needed. New building must need to be paid off quicker. Will not go back for any servicing. Bought this car as it is supposed to have one of the lowest yearly maintenance costs only to find out that it has cost more than any car I have ever owned. More

Friendly, Professional and Helpful I recently needed a new car as mine old one finally died. It was sad, a lot of memories and fun times were had in that car. I looked at a lot of cars and talked to many rude, unfriendly and unhelpful sales people from new and used car dealerships. Many of them just wanted to sell the most expensive car they could to whomever came along. I didn't know what I was looking for, but the people at Guelph Hyundai helped me find the right car. I was greeted by a wonderful sales representative named Allan who immediately started helping me figure out what car would be best for me. The experience was seamless and easy with a minor quibble Most everything about the service went well, especially the shuttle service and driver who was friendly, courteous and professional. Both times, the person phoned me and just said 'Hi Tim' without identifying himself. On the second call, I just said, 'Who is this?' The failure to id himself just seemed unprofessional to me.
