Good for Sales and Service I have 2 Sonata's that were purchased at GH and are serviced on a regular basis. The Sales process was excellent both times with Scott Schafer handling the deals - great guy to deal with, very down to earth. Service is good and usually done right. Donny Lachance is very knowledgeable. I think that the dealership has lost a little of the personal touch since moving into the new, bigger facility. The service contacts used to be in a much smaller area and seemed to have more time to chat and discuss issues - used to feel a little more personal than it does now. I also believe that the cost of service has risen over the past year - not sure if that is an industry thing or a GH initiative but it appears to be more expensive now for regular maintenance items. Overall, a good place to buy and get service. More

I leased my previous vehicle which I had to return by a certain date, Tyler kept in touch up Tyler and the crew and Guelph Hyundai were very friendly. I leased my previous vehicle which I had to return by a certain date, Tyler kept in touch updates on my new vehicle and made sure I got my new vehicle the day I returned my leased vehicle so that I was not without a vehicle or had to take a loaner call for a couple days. He did a great job at explaining every detail of what I purchased and the features of the vehicle. He made sure to go over the recommended maintenance schedule and scheduled my first service. Tamara did a great job at going over the pros and cons and costing for either leasing or financing. More

The visit was longer than anticipated but simply because they had found some issues with my vehicle and took the time to inform me and make arrangements for needed repairs.
