Routine service appointments have always been easy to arrange and convenient, while I wait in their comfortable client area and enjoy refreshments and free Wi-Fi. I live in a condo and storage of my off season tires at their facility is really important for me. More

You just lost a longtime customer!! I have been coming tonthis dealership for a few years now and today was the last day. I brought my car in because the check engine light came on and from reading uo on it, figured i should get it diagnosed asap just in case its something severe. I pull into the service bay and tell the advisor about the problem. He states well maybe we can get you in next week. I looked around and must have seen 4 or 5 employees just standinf around, no other customers or cars. I asked what if its something really wrong? He just looked at me like I had hole in my head. So I told him just open the garage door and that Im leaving. I went to Mister transmission who immediately did the diagnostic test and then sent me to a different dealership. I will never return to guelph hyundai after the way i was treated today. I didnt even get his name. He is the taller guy with a beard and brown hair. More

They made us feel important and we took our time. Tamara was also nice and pleasant to deal with. She also clearly explained the finances without making it confusing or complicated. What I also liked was that everyone there is pleased to talk to you and assist in any way. They weren't the type to say "You better talk to the technician" or "so and so is not in currently or will be in later" or something to put you aside.. They were happy to help regardless. When I went to pick up the car, it was equally a nice experience. Scott nicely and clearly explained all the initial information and features which may not always be obvious to a new car buyer. I feel many of my questions were answered before me even asking them and in some cases, I would probably not have even thought of asking. I feel good about continuing this relationship with this dealership, I am confident it will always be positive visiting the this dealer in the future. More

I was looking at a used Elantra, I walked out with a brand new sonata at the same monthly payments that I was at. It's my second Hyundai, but my time I was truly happy with my service (bought my veloster in Woodstock). The Guelph Hyundai people were super friendly, from the sales person (Alex Bremen) to the manager to even the mechanic that I met (he put on rims the I purchased on kijiji). I've been trying to get a different car for a few months now, super happy with what I got. Thanks. More

My wife and I were looking for a vehicle during the "VW Dieselgate" scandal. We had been to MANY dealerships (Guelph VW/Olympic Honda etc) in town and were absolutely blown away at the level of service we received. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Derek who immediately offered us something to drink. We were then directed towards Jack Wilton. I can only assume that the negative review of Jack on here is an anomaly as we received outstanding customer service from him. He was able to navigate us through our choices and we eventually ended up purchasing a car we had not even realized was in our ballpark (2017 Elantra Sport). Jack has an obvious passion for cars and customer service as he was as excited as we were to get behind the wheel! After test drive (alone which is always a plus so we can talk without feeling awkward) we decided to purchase the vehicle. Jack was optimistic and positive and made us feel completely comfortable throughout. We were sent over to John in finance and the amazing experience continued. He was patient and helpful throughout our back and forth discussion re: moving forward. He provided some solid advice that we had not thought of and made us feel as though we were making the best decision for US. Also, his knowledge of the brand, vehicle and warranty was impressive and he did not once have to leave the room to go and speak to a hidden manager. We specifically noticed this both with John and with Jack as they seemed to be seasoned professionals who we could relate to, not fresh, young sales guys/gals who constantly have to refer up. We understand that people have to start somewhere, but it was refreshing to make such a large purchase from people we really felt knew their stuff and that we could trust. Shelley in parts also helped out out with our new mats and even put them in the car. She was great. We are excited to be a part of the Guelph Hyundai family and would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. Thanks guys! More
