I bought a new 2017 Tucson All the staff were very pleasant. When I picked up my vehicle the sales manager came over and spoke with me. Samy was great answered all my question. When I emailed him he would get back to me very quickly even on a Sunday. Michael DePodesta was great as well. Great salesmen showed me everything about my vehicle. Extremely happy with the teamwork of Sam, Frank and Mike !!! We were looking for a new car for our daughter and after a ton of research and test driving, we decided on 2017 Hyundai Elantra GLS. We wanted a safe, We were looking for a new car for our daughter and after a ton of research and test driving, we decided on 2017 Hyundai Elantra GLS. We wanted a safe, but affordable vehicle for her and she of course wanted a cool looking car. Sam our salesman was able to answer all our questions, with the help of Frank and Mike. And together they came up with the right car for her! They stayed late, long after closing hours on Saturday night, just to make sure we were well taken care of. Much appreciated guys! ABSOLUTE HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE!!!! DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! OMG I do not know where to start....I booked 2 services; alignment and tire change about 2 weeks ago. Confirmed My Car brand and model. Very nice lad OMG I do not know where to start....I booked 2 services; alignment and tire change about 2 weeks ago. Confirmed My Car brand and model. Very nice lady took all information. Provided me with time for THE service (1.30 min. ) Arrived on time today for appointment. Again, nice service lady confirmed all info and they took my car. One hour later, this same nice lady called me to inform....that they wont be able to perform my aligment...as they DO NOT WORK ON THIS CAR MODEL! I asked how was my car booked then? How, nobody today informed me about that??? She had no explanation. I arrived 2h later, my car was still not done. Requested to talk with service manager brad petterson....what a mistake!!! He was ignoring me for a while and then when I went to talk with him, did not even invited me to sit down! (he was sitting!) He told me "What you want me to do?'" when I pointed that his job should it be to check the services booked for the next day to avoid situation like mine he starts to argue with me "YOU ACTING LIKE A 2 YEAR OLD CHILD!!!" I almost drop dead...but that was not the end...I requested General Manager help and this brad person stated "go get him yourself, I do not want to talk with you!" I went to see G.M. and requested an apology. brad was called by the G.M. and believe me or not.....HE LIED!!!! he stated that he 'never said that! What a low person...This was the worse experience I ever had! I wont ever be back! He is a young, inexperienced, rude person I ever meet. See previous reviews, I'm not the first person he treated like that. I just do not understand how is he still working there??? I will made Hunday Canada aware of my terrible experience and poor customer service. The General Manager was nice and provided me with free service today, but he was unable to make his employee apologize for absolutely unprofessional behavior, that NO ONE SHOULD EVER RECEIVE!!! More

I’ve been an extremely satisfied Hyundai owner for over ten years working with the same dealership and service department which was always very helpful. I’ve had minor issues with my car throughout the years, and honestly was debating getting something different in the next year or so just because I was ready for a change. I stopped by on November 24th to see the dealership for myself. I met the manager Brad Patterson who was very welcoming as well as Kristen who had someone look at my car in the drive in after noticing a small drop of oil out front where I had been parked. Upon further review, they noticed that I had been losing oil because the drain plug was not tight. I am shocked at the treatment that I received from this service department from start to finish. After this experience, I am a Grimsby Hyundai customer for life! I will be sticking with Hyundai for my next vehicle. This kind of customer service that I received at this dealership is truly unheard of now days! Five Star! More
Very happy! I live in Hamilton, where there are 2 Hyundai dealerships. I have not had good experiences in Hamilton. I tried Grimsby Hyundai about a year ago and b I live in Hamilton, where there are 2 Hyundai dealerships. I have not had good experiences in Hamilton. I tried Grimsby Hyundai about a year ago and been back 3 times since. Each time was just as good as the last. It's worth driving the 20 minutes to this dealership. Roy Fast More
Horrible Took vehicle in for repairs. They did alignment inspection and gave a quote of $200 for the work to be done. Booked appointment, took vehicle in and a Took vehicle in for repairs. I was told a lie because just days later it started falling apart. Now they won't even put me through to a manager or answer my voice-mail. I feel like they completely lied to me and I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealership. More
Bodacious Service The reason I am writing this review is because of the most excellent service I have been given by Brad Patterson (Service Manager) at this establishme The reason I am writing this review is because of the most excellent service I have been given by Brad Patterson (Service Manager) at this establishment. I had occasion to call the Grimsby Hyundai dealership regarding a major car failure in the area of Hinton, AB and Jasper, AB, the alternator got burned out from an oil leak from a valve cover gasket. Hyundai Customer Service was called the next day and we started a claim as I was under warranty, He was contacted the next day and given all the details and he proceeded to handle our claim, fighting for what he could get covered ASAP, he even asked a Hyundai dealer in Canmore, AB who repaired the air conditioner to place it on warranty also as it was result of the original breakdown, I had paid for the repair and I got my money back, I got home and was told how much Hyundai would reimburse for and I was satisfied with most of it except car rental and after a phone call some of the car rental money was offered up also. BUT Brad went far above what I would have expected anyone to do for me from so far away and I have had a lot of upgrades done to the vehicle since my return and the service is unbeatable and appreciated. - Thanks Again Brad More
