Poor service Brought my Chrysler 200 in for a recall which I've had to deal with the dash alarm on for almost 2 years now. They replaced the module on the 7th of S Brought my Chrysler 200 in for a recall which I've had to deal with the dash alarm on for almost 2 years now. They replaced the module on the 7th of September on the 8th of September the alarm came back on. I contacted the dealer on the 9th to tell them and I was told over the phone sorry the mechanic left us a "detailed note" saying the light was on when it came in ( FYI that was the recall and why I brought it in) and after doing the repairs the alarm wouldn't go off. He thinks it's a wiring problem that is going to cost $108 to Diagnosed. (Again when I picked up the car the alarm was gone)! He then appaligized because he failed to tell me all this that was written on that detailed note that was left by his mechanic when I picked up the car.??. Well I've already had the wiring diagnosed this year and paid for it and was told the wiring is fine so no not paying again AND NO DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY CHRYSLER, DODGE, OR JEEP! More
