Richard Piotto guided me through the installation of an app, for my Iphone ,that allowed me to view the vehicle as Richard moved around and in the truck. I knew what I would be getting. I made an offer that was excepted. All pertinent info, mechanics fitness report, Carfax, Past registrations, window sticker, confirmation of acceptance and arrangement for delivery were e-mailed between Richard and Zach.
