Disappointed Brought my jeep in for the first time and chose the closest service department to my residence. Had an appointment scheduled and still had to wait fo Brought my jeep in for the first time and chose the closest service department to my residence. Had an appointment scheduled and still had to wait for an "advisor" although there were no other vehicles in line. Service "ladies/advisors" are not professionally dressed. Ragged t-shirts, leggings and tops that barley cover their chest. I waited for vehicle as requested and they only took 1 1/4 hrs. the job requested was simple, 5 tire rotation and oil change. Tires were not checked for air, hence i drove home with my spare 20lbs less than required. My oil change, well lets say jeep is leaking, and they couldn't even be bothered to reset the oil change monitor on the steering wheel. Needless to say I wont be coming back for service. More

I started the whole process with Mike jarzabek in building a brand new jeep wrangler Rubicon 2020, the Covid-19 situation the jeep took few extra weeks to arrive and during the time Zach, Garret and building a brand new jeep wrangler Rubicon 2020, the Covid-19 situation the jeep took few extra weeks to arrive and during the time Zach, Garret and Diya got involved in giving me updates concerning the delay. finally the jeep arrived at the dealership and i was called for pickup. Thanks to the entire team for the great service, especially to Zach and Garret.
