We don't like wasting time waiting for vehicles to be found on the lot and we were very happy to have both ready and waiting! We were pleasantly surprised that Andy allowed us on a test drive without him, there's always awkward conversation or pressure to share our opinions on the vehicle when your driving with a sales rep. Once we decided we liked the vehicle, Andy jotted down any concerns we had and wrote down our financing options with our offer, we tried our very best to negotiate a lower price and came out with what we think was a fair price. Shawn in finance was awesome to deal with too, he and my husband hit it off instantly! He went through several routes to make sure we got our payments in budget, including finding a couple discounts we would have never known about, and we were still able to extend our warranty. 2 days later our van was ready and while we are still waiting on a few parts to come in for minor repair, pick up was quick and easy. Andy got my hands-free connected for me and helped me move my car seats in. All in all it was a fantastic experience! Thanks guys for your help and for getting us on the road so quickly!
