Excellent Service I had a computer problem with my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. Shae, The Service Manager sent a tow truck out to collect the car 140 kms. away and repaired i I had a computer problem with my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. Shae, The Service Manager sent a tow truck out to collect the car 140 kms. away and repaired it promptly, Really appreciated her attitude and the shop's performance. Timing belt, Humiliated Initially my experience was great they over charged me and then paid A tiny lil bit back . Almost immediately after a 1700$ service was done my car ha Initially my experience was great they over charged me and then paid A tiny lil bit back . Almost immediately after a 1700$ service was done my car had a knocking sound and also a very distinctive belt burning smell. After probably 10 phone calls I got my vehicle back in only for them to mysterious make oil run ever where on my engine and send me on my way with Two Bent pullys done by their mechanic there and a broken engine cover, and now I have a very expensive oil leak that I did not have before. I gave them a very fair chance but they embarrassed me humiliating in front of customers and staff several times. It was the worst experience I have ever had sadly to say I gave them a chance because I love my Passat that much to spend the extra dollar well I did not get any compensation but a very embarrassing few words arrogantly from the manager. That's to bad I was in the market for another Vw soon. I was not impressed with their overall service and how the manager talked to me just trying to get themselves off the hook for everything and implying that I was a fool for bringing it back and the blame is 100% on me. More

Leon is probably the most disrespectful person I have ever come across. Both my husband and I were treated as if we were stupid, dirt on his sole unvalued customers. He belittled us entirely. He also expected me to pay for the mistake and wrong doing of his service department. I would never return to GP Autogroup (Volkswagen) if he is part of it. I have never felt so little and worthless in my life, he's an awful man. I've heard he's a good person, however he showed his true colors the two days that we had to deal with him. He cost the dealership he works for the bad rating I've given, if he wasn't so rude and inconsiderate, I would recommend this place Lisa Ritchie More
