As usual, I left getting my winter tires put on until the last minute. I was able to get my car in within two days of my call. I also needed a wheel alignment and I was only charged once for removing my tire last minute. I was able to get my car in within two days of my call. Was not happy with the service for my end of lease on my car. It has taken over 2 months to figure stuff out and now I had to get an extension on my lease because of it. Booked for a 3pm appointment. Needed to get brakes replaced. They said they are not able to complete replacement as it was too late in the day as they close at 5pm. Would have scheduled for an earlier appointment if this was the case. No car wash. Staff was very nice and offered shuttle ride to and from the mall. More
