Staff at the dealership were always accommodating and very helpful. I have also purchased a new vehicle (various makes/ models) every three years for the last 20 years and this is my first Subaru. I can say my buying experience here was one of the best. Kaitlyn Maki was my sales rep and she was exceptional. Her enthusiasm, energy and extremely positive attitude made my time at the dealership very pleasant - even fun. There was zero pressure to buy and she clearly had a passion about the products she was selling. She was also humble about what she did not know (some features and mechanics) and even that was refreshing. I can't recommend her enough. My wife wanted to adopt her. Negotiations were also very easy with Ted Feltham and I was quite pleased with the deal. A+ service all around! More

We came from BC for the purchase and upon returning home - first night in the yard - somebody tried to break into it - small amount of damage but GP Subaru made sure we had what we needed to make the repairs we needed. Very impressed with the service!!! would buy another car from them in a heartbeat but probably our car will outlive us. we also have a '98 Imprezza that is still going strong! Well she probably did nothing mechanically, but she kept in constant contact with me and made sure the mechanics were working on my car. Then came the day the car was ready. I asked her as a joke if she could make the sky open up so that it could be sunny and not grey and miserable for the drive. She said she would do her best, and soon thereafter, the skies opened up, the sun was shining and birds were chirping. This could be just a coincidence, but I prefer to think that she has this power. After the sale was over, I thought that I might have left my sunglasses in my traded in vehicle and I contacted Kaitlyn and she took a look for me before my old car was sold for scrap to make bean cans. Kaitlyn was great to talk to, very funny and engaging, and kept me in the loop throughout the process, a great experience all around! If you don't buy a car from Kaitlyn you are missing out! More
