I was in a very tough spot when Craig Rintala contacted me regarding getting rid of one of my vehicles. Mike Lapraik in finance was very thorough with all items regarding signing for the vehicle, ensuring I left with the best possible price for trade in's and for the vehicle that I purchased. He was very patient when it came to ensuring I was comfortable with all numbers involved including ensuring I left the dealership with full warranty coverage.
