As we live in a remote northern community far from Gande Prairie, arranging for the vehicle to be delivered to Grande Prairie and for us to pick it up while working around my busy work schedule was rather complicated. Chantelle always communicated promptly and courteously with us during a somewhat long process. Having been through a divorce and having bad credit due to circumstances outside my control, I very much appreciated the tact and professionalism of Chantelle and her colleagues when I communicated frankly where we were financially, what we were looking for and what our limits were. Chantelle explored every option for us and was able to get us financing that would work for us. I would highly recommend the Grande Prairie Nissan dealership in general and Chantelle in particular as a highly professional and helpful sales professional. More

"ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC EXPERIENCES!!" Well I've had ALOT of things happen to me this year, in particular experiences starting from trading in my old Titan and buying a new Titan in May for Well I've had ALOT of things happen to me this year, in particular experiences starting from trading in my old Titan and buying a new Titan in May for Mothers Day... Thanks to Bob, Logan, Jeremy and Mike, ( one of the best decision I've made in a while ) ;)) .....Then in June my house and truck got broke into..... Thanks to Bob and Sarah for looking after and DEALING with me... the reassurance they gave me at that time was absolutely amazing, as they could see I was beside myself... it was a very terrifying time me!! But Bob and Sarah did their MAGIC and handled my situation with the utmost care and speed!! Then in November I was back in with another problem, someone smashed my side window this time... (talk about bad luck), AGAIN Bob AND Sarah to the rescue!!! ( I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!! ) During this time 'my daughter',who owns and drives a 2002 Ford mini van, ( is always breaking down), So we had decided it was time she bought a NEW vehicle. I brought her in to Nissan, talked to Bob about 3 different possibilities that we were looking at, and she ended up buying a 2014 Platinum Murano from" Logan", the BEST SALES MAN I KNOW!!! ( and I know a lot of them ). ALL of these people have played VERY important roles in MY, " our" decisions to KEEP coming back, bringing in family and friends!!! You ALL deserve 10 stars!! Titan pro-4x Traded my 2011 frontier for a 2014 Titan.. I almost regretted trading  it in because it was such an amazing truck and never let me down. However only Traded my 2011 frontier for a 2014 Titan.. I almost regretted trading  it in because it was such an amazing truck and never let me down. However only a day in the titan and I knew I wouldn't be let down. And given the obstacles, the guys at Nissan didn't back down and got me the deal I wanted for the truck I wanted. Great experience! We had to come in to get some work done and I'll admit, with two little ones I was dreading it a bit haha. But when we got there Rita J was so welcom We had to come in to get some work done and I'll admit, with two little ones I was dreading it a bit haha. But when we got there Rita J was so welcoming and lovely! She showed us over to the kids play area, offered us coffee/tea. Overall made our experience wonderful, my 3 year old has been asking when we can go back to fix the truck lol. The work was done very quickly and the price was just right, we were in and out in no time. Nissan should be very proud of their excellent staff. I wish there were more than 5 stars I could give! More

Very unsatisfied!!! This dealership of the year award must be based on physical appearance only? Surely it can't be for customer service as this dealership is one of the worst I have ever encountered! Customer service is mediocre at its best. Bought a new vehicle from this place. They have been very unhelpful and sometimes rude when I have called regarding maintenance. Will be getting rid of my Nissan vehicle as soon as I possible can. Will be going to Ford or Chevy next time. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone and when my customers ask me about my new car I tell them how ripped off I feel! More
