New vehicle (Murano) purchase We recently purchased a new Murano from GP Nissan in Grande Prairie.. Initially we were greeted by Ahmed Eltayeb and eventually he became our salesma We recently purchased a new Murano from GP Nissan in Grande Prairie.. Initially we were greeted by Ahmed Eltayeb and eventually he became our salesman. I noticed a lot of reviewers were pleased with him and I too am going to add my name to this growing list of satisfied customers. He is a pleasant young fellow who listens to what you want and then tries to find the right fit in terms of a desirable vehicle. He and the manager James, found the ideal vehicle for us. Ahmed made sure that we were aware of the many features that vehicle featured and how to use them. He set up our phones so that they were connected to the vehicle network and now texts and calls come up automatically. I probably could have figured it out over time, but he took the time to do it so I did not have too. Its little things like that that separate the good salesmen from the others. Ahmed was also a laid back kind of salesman, there was none of the pushiness one sometimes experiences. It appeared that he was willing to devote as much time as was needed and not to rush his customers. I think we can all appreciate that. I also appreciated speaking with James, one of the sales managers. He and his wife were there and coincidently had the exact vehicle we were interested in. I got to get more personal feedback about the vehicle that was based on real life experiences as opposed to the promotional literature one gets to peruse. In the end, the deciding factor was the fact that they were willing to match the price I was quoted at another dealership. That coupled with working with two nice guys (Ahmed and James) allowed me to feel comfortable enough to purchase there. We are two weeks into the Murano and are very pleased with it. I would definitely go back to GP Nissan when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle. More
