The staff made sure I was taken care of in every way and went above and beyond any expectations I had to make sure I was able to walk away happy and with a brand new vehicle! they worked around my credit and was able to get me into a suv with NO co signer and not only do I have a new vehicle its also building my credit! New vehicle (Murano) purchase We recently purchased a new Murano from GP Nissan in Grande Prairie.. Initially we were greeted by Ahmed Eltayeb and eventually he became our salesma We recently purchased a new Murano from GP Nissan in Grande Prairie.. Initially we were greeted by Ahmed Eltayeb and eventually he became our salesman. I noticed a lot of reviewers were pleased with him and I too am going to add my name to this growing list of satisfied customers. He is a pleasant young fellow who listens to what you want and then tries to find the right fit in terms of a desirable vehicle. He and the manager James, found the ideal vehicle for us. Ahmed made sure that we were aware of the many features that vehicle featured and how to use them. He set up our phones so that they were connected to the vehicle network and now texts and calls come up automatically. I probably could have figured it out over time, but he took the time to do it so I did not have too. Its little things like that that separate the good salesmen from the others. Ahmed was also a laid back kind of salesman, there was none of the pushiness one sometimes experiences. It appeared that he was willing to devote as much time as was needed and not to rush his customers. I think we can all appreciate that. I also appreciated speaking with James, one of the sales managers. He and his wife were there and coincidently had the exact vehicle we were interested in. I got to get more personal feedback about the vehicle that was based on real life experiences as opposed to the promotional literature one gets to peruse. In the end, the deciding factor was the fact that they were willing to match the price I was quoted at another dealership. That coupled with working with two nice guys (Ahmed and James) allowed me to feel comfortable enough to purchase there. We are two weeks into the Murano and are very pleased with it. I would definitely go back to GP Nissan when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle. More

I stopped in at Nissan and I wasn't outside more then a few minutes and up walked a salesman Schelby, very friendly and he listened to my story explaining how busy my hubby was and told him what I was possibly was looking for. He right away showed me the Rogue brought it up to me and we took it for a test drive. I loved it and told him I would bring my husband in when he could make it. He was very u derstandable, thanked me for coming by and gave me his card. We came back about a week later and Schelby was right there and gave my husband & I again the same customer service. We were so impressed By his knowledge, friendliness,& patience. Not only Schelby but Also Kyle & Mike we also so kind, friendly and helpful and make our purchase smooth. There was no doubt in our minds that this is where we were buying our vehicle, and we drive away in a few hours! Great Service At Nissan I actually went to Grande Prairie to pick up my grand daughter. I was planning on getting a new car in the near future, just not that day.
