I am from out of town, so he even lined up a vehicle so I could shop and not miss out on the purchases I wanted to make and still get home at a decent time. Jason Gillet who sold me my first Nissan also facilited this transaction. Thank you to both Jason and Ahmed, I love my Aramada. Robbie Young in the service department kept a close eye on my appointments, so close that when he was on a day off and I called in to more my appointment to a day later, he called me the next morning to make sure I was not accidently deleted from my appointment on the original day scheduled. Attention to detail and customer service goes a long way. More

Terrible service everytime I have yet to have a good experience with Nissan's Service/parts department. I had the liftgate on my car start opening all by itself at random times I have yet to have a good experience with Nissan's Service/parts department. I had the liftgate on my car start opening all by itself at random times. My car is no longer on warrenty so I had to have the liftgate handle ordered in and pay for it myself. Nissan did not call me when the part came in. . When I opened the box there was a price sticker on the liftgate handle which showed I paid a 100% mark up. I had to take it to a bodyshop to have painted, I then took it to a 3rd party shop to have it put in for half the price Nissan quoted me. Now less than a year later the same thing is happening again. But will Nissan replace the part and install it. NO! They say I have to pay to have it painted and put in, they will only pay for the part. Terrible service! They also recommended I have other work done on my car, but when I took it to a 3rd party auto shop, I was told it didn't need the work done Nissan was claiming it needed. More
