I did not feel overwhelmed nor pushed, and to be honest I felt very comfortable. Kaitlyn was so awesome and spent over 4 hours with me to make sure I test drove the cars I was interrested in and Will did wonderful to meet me in the middle when it came to the final numbers. Over all, I would do it all over again tomorrow :) Fantastic experience! I love love love my Santa Fe 2015 Limited! What a luxury! More

Chris Falls did an extrodibary job and organized for when I arrived on site he had my fiancing papers all approved with a fantastic rate and just needed my signature and the way I went. Great until a problem, then nothing Started out with a great service feeling, all smiles, friendly. Enough so that we bought 3 vehicles brand new over a 2 year period for personal use. Always told people this was where to go, until our last purchase. Anyone can be a great salesperson when things are going well, when an issue arises is when you can see the real service. After a series of "oops" and a few messed up payments from our account, we have been unable to get anyone to return calls, or deal with any of it. WILL NEVER RETURN! More

This dealership probably never would have been on my list to visit. After trying numerous brands of vehicles, I ended up purchasing from Hyundai. Having one salesperson who knew what type of vehicle I was after, streamlined the process. I believe this strategy saved me time and energy! More
