She was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had. If she didn't know or had to get back to me, she actually made the effort to do so. She even contacted me directly to make sure I had everything I needed and looked into a few things even after I left the dealership. She made the car buying experience easy and informed and was very open and honest the whole way through. My prior experience with another salesperson buying a car, was def not as good. They let us know the dealership had found condensation in a rear taillight which we had not seen and scheduled a date for repair.
