Dealer contacts me for recall service. I drive 2 hours for service to find out they hadn’t made the appointment. Rebook service for 2 weeks later (still a 2 hour drive) for 10 am. The recall service simply needs a software update (about 30 minutes) - after waiting 3 hours at the dealership they still haven’t started the work. I ran out of time and had to leave with still no service done. More

Went above and beyond to fit me with the vehicle I was wanting and rescued my grandson out of a no win situation with his vehicle from another dealership in Calgary! We both left Grande Prairie Chrysler wanting and rescued my grandson out of a no win situation with his vehicle from another dealership in Calgary! We both left Grande Prairie Chrysler Jeep Dodge with vehicles of our dreams and left there with everything they promised in our financial and Warranty packages. We felt like family with everyone that helped over the course of 3/4 days.
