Great salesman/slow computers Our salesman, Sheldon, was excellent, friendly, answered all our questions!! Just great to deal with!! Excellent and quick! I certainly had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from Grande Prairie Chrysler! I was only there a few hours and I traded in my old truck a I certainly had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from Grande Prairie Chrysler! I was only there a few hours and I traded in my old truck and came out with and left same day a brand new ram! Kevin was exceptionally patient and helpful. I was so greatful that he even helped me move stuff from one truck to the other! I'll definitely be recommending people to go to the dealership and ask for Kevin Jordan! More

Bad Experience I had an appointment with GP Chrysler. I confirmed the appointment the day before and when I showed up the person I was suppose to meet was not there I had an appointment with GP Chrysler. I confirmed the appointment the day before and when I showed up the person I was suppose to meet was not there and no one seemed to be aware of my appointment. I was then passed on to a salesman who listened to what I wanted but told me he couldn't help me. He told me a few other things that seemed odd to me so I followed up with my bank and a few other dealerships and they are all able to help me out?? One has said they can even get me into the vehicle I wanted at a lower payment than I'm currently paying. I went to GP Chrysler because my previous experience was good, but after this one I won't be back. More
