Tem went above an beyond making sure I was ok with my car payments and the vehicle by dropping a quick message every few months to make sure everything with the car was still going ok. I was in an accident last fall and did not hesitate to call Tem for a second vehicle. He helped ease the stress of dealing with insurance and finding me a new vehicle. I was in a new vehicle within a week and a half. If I have any issues with my SUV he is always just a quick message away with a response.
