Tem, of the many vehicle purchases through out my driving history, is among the top sales people I have done business with. A man of his word and exhibits gentlemen like integrity. Tem proved that he is knowledgeable and fearless as he stood between the building and the vehicle encouraging me to speed in reverse toward him in order for him to prove that the technology is effective in mitigating sudden changes while driving. This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought at gp chrysler. And there won't be a 4th now. I half debated not buying from them again after my last truck but decided to try again. Top notch genuine guy for sure! but the service department is possibly the worst I've ever come accross. My trucks been sitting in there parking lot for over a month now with only 12,000km on it with no fix date to be had and keep getting the run around by people in the service department. Never again.
