Purchased a few trailers here and had some issues with each and every one of them. The first one was a used one which had some issues which I could understand. The second one, they had pretty close to 9 months . everything from parts of the floor needed to be replaced and many other things. Finally got fed up with that trailer, purchase the new one at the end of February I was still waiting on parts less than a week ago. I was asked to send pictures of certain things that they already had pictures of from the day that it was picked up. Briefly spoke with I manager and still have not heard anything back. Not really expecting to either as they have gotten paid for the trailer and don't really care about anything else. What does it take to get decent customer service these days?
Most of them there are pretty good and very friendly however running back and forth between home and Edmonton and trying to chase these guys down to fix things makes it difficult
