What Others Say

Great service everyone is great there to deal with from the guys in the front and the people out front!

Don’t go here. If you do, watch out for the finance office. We bought a trailer and were ‘handled’ by the finance person, Stephen Connell. He started by cutting me out of the signing so only my husband signed the deal despite or because my husband said he wanted me to look over everything before he signed. He spoke only about payments which were continually changing terms and amortization periods, and did not disclose the price of items he was adding to the sales contract verbally. He distracted me with insurance issues while shoving the sales contract and extra add on contracts in front of my husband to initial 8 add on items totalling $23,601 worth of additional warranties and insurance items, not just on the trailer we were purchasing but also 3 separate add ons on our personally owned truck! When questioned about the add ons the next day when I had a chance to review the all 28 pages of paperwork, he insisted he had gone over everything and my husband had accepted everything by signing the bill of sale. Technically correct, but $23601 of slimy sales add ons worth almost a quarter of the price of the rv we were purchasing. Please don’t be fooled into shopping here with their flashy ads for trailers. Look up their BBB rating. It’s F, which is lowest possible rating, for a reason.

Called today and talk to nathan to inquire about trailer and seems like the sale rep not interested as I have to much question's about the trailer and how much bi-weekly I'm looking at it and what in total. Looking to buy a trailer in the next month, I would just bring my business somewhere else.

I had a horrible experience at Go RV Leduc, especially with Stephen Connell (Business Manager) and George (General Manager). First, George was extremely rude and unprofessional during our interaction. We expected some basic courtesy, but instead, we were treated with arrogance and disrespect. It didn’t stop there—Stephen Connell took things even further. He called us into his office and told my friend, who was simply accompanying me, to “get out” in a shockingly rude and dismissive tone, saying he would only speak to the main buyer. This level of behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing business where professionalism should be a priority. We felt disrespected, humiliated, and completely unwelcome. This experience has made it very clear that customer service is not a priority for Go RV Leduc. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to think twice. You deserve to be treated with respect—you won’t find that here.

Bought a trailer in January 2025. Worst buying experience in my life. My advice would be to walk out of any dealer that requires you to take their financing in order to get the 'sale' price. Any business that won't take cash to pay the advertised price is a business to be avoided at all cost in my opinion. My other advice is to not let anyone rush you while signing documents and be very careful when examining every detail on the bill of sale. Finally, if for some strange reason you end up buying something, do not leave unless they give you the sale documentation. Do not take any excuses for why they can't give you copies of the documentation. I bought the Trailer from an RV show in Edmonton and picked up the trailer from GoRV in Edmonton, but the finance guy was from the Leduc dealership. I am leaving a generic employee name because I honestly feel he was following business practices common to the dealership and I fear personal retribution if I damage someone's job.

Go RV is a shady, dishonest and zero integrity company. They manipulate you to get a sale. The products are low quality. Sales people are terrible.
