As usual all aspects of my interaction with Wolf Subaru were excellent. Unfortunately this time there was an exception. My initial call to book an appointment was disappointing The female that I dealt with were excellent. Unfortunately this time there was an exception. My initial call to book an appointment was disappointing The female that I dealt with was very abrupt and seemed to go out of her way to be unhelpful. I asked for an appointment for several different dates and times but none were available. Rather than offering alternatives she was seemed to be doing her very best to end the call and get on to other things . I finally suggested a date & time that was available but before I could thank the individual or say good bye she hung up. In the past I have always rated Subaru Service as a 10 and would have done so again but for this surprising incident More

Very disappointed with Wolfe Subaru spent 1300. 00 dollars on repairs last Monday on my 2015 hybrid cross trek called them today. I’m very impressed with the Service Dept. I have under 15,000 kn on my 3018 Forrester and the gaskets were leaking.They said this shouldn’t happen with such low mileage so they replaced all I have under 15,000 kn on my 3018 Forrester and the gaskets were leaking.They said this shouldn’t happen with such low mileage so they replaced all 4 gaskets for no charge.
