Initial reaction on my first visit on a Sunday was negative with the front office, however the Sales person, Mark, Generally a first class operation. Initial reaction on my first visit on a Sunday was negative with the front office, however the Sales person, Mark, recognized my dissatisfaction and knew how to manage this and encouraged me to come back next week and suggested things would be different.....Mark is a great listener and when he does address a question or a concern he provides a thoughtful and polite response. His efforts on Sunday allowed the dealership to have a second chance. Monday, I purchased an Outback Subaru. The deal was completed in less than one hour, a cash deal with a trade in. What a wonderful car, very happy with the end result. More
