Jeff Saieva Service Manager, and Marshal Fishwick our service advisor did a great job helping us out with Warranty claim. And I am super happy to say that my son's car is back on the road with a new motor and a new turbo in it. Thank you Marshal, job well done. More
2020 Subaru Ascent:Had a long term issue with gasoline 2020 Subaru Ascent: Had a long term issue with gasoline contamination in the engine oil (more than 10% fuel dilution found in the oil when tested by 2020 Subaru Ascent: Had a long term issue with gasoline contamination in the engine oil (more than 10% fuel dilution found in the oil when tested by an external lab). Wolfe Subaru had my vehicle for 5 days to try to fix this issue (after multiple attempts). The day i went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle I opened the hood whilst still at the dealership (and in the presence of a Subaru employee) and noticed the coolant level in the reservoir was nearly empty and well below the ‘minimum mark’ of the reservoir! I took a photo then and there. The manager topped up the fluid immediately but said/did little else. Hopefully this has not caused any long term damage. Have a ‘C’ type service coming up soon ($850+ cost) and have little confidence in this dealership performing this service properly and thoroughly seeing as they previously missed this above mentioned fundamental and vital part of the engine system! Not impressed and if I were the franchise owner I would not be happy with this low level of customer service, further training definitely required! More
Excellent service as always. Did rear brakes which I had not anticipated but my son later said it was an excellent decision.
