Happy customer/Customer for life I bough my KIA RIO in 2014 from here and ever since, I have been doing my service from them. The staff treat you like family and it’s such a welcoming I bough my KIA RIO in 2014 from here and ever since, I have been doing my service from them. The staff treat you like family and it’s such a welcoming place. Jason who was in the service department, who is now in the sales is always ready to answer any questions. I bought my daughters car from them in 2017 , because KIA WEST is just a fantastic dealership who treat their customers like they would want to be treated!! Their prices are fantastic, quality of work is fantastic! Friendly staff ! I can’t say enough good words about them, they are all so awesome!! I will be getting my next car from them whenever I am ready to change my car! They have made customer for life !! I would definitely recommend KIA WEST to everyone!!! More

Love my 2017 Kia Soul EX Tech!!! Bought my new 2017 Kia Soul end of September and loving it!! The staff, Dane, Jason, Richard, right down to insurance guy, made this experience easy. Bought my new 2017 Kia Soul end of September and loving it!! The staff, Dane, Jason, Richard, right down to insurance guy, made this experience easy. Jason’s knowledge is great! Took the time to take me on several test drives so I could find the right car and good test drives not just two blocks. Let me take one car home to see if it would fit in my garage! Dane gave me a great deal with awesome perks! Richard took me through how to operate this high tech car! Service dept has been great so far too. Kia west let me keep my old car there while I took new one home and insured it for me while I sorted insurance out. Also washed old car so new buyer could have a clean car! Best experience at a dealership ever!! More

Service Ive taken my car to them for service..They are the only ones to have worked on my car..To my. Surprise there was scratches all over one part of the ca Ive taken my car to them for service..They are the only ones to have worked on my car..To my. Surprise there was scratches all over one part of the car after they washed it..I have told them countless times do not wash my car and again it happens..I had to pay my detailer 400.00 to polish my car as they use dam brushes on the cars.. another time they chipped the paint on globbed on some touchup paint that wasn't the same color thinking I wouln't notice.. when this was brought up to their attention they said oh someone else must have worked on your car I said no only you guys have worked on my car..Was then jerked around to come me and show the person about it..I took off work early for the appointment and the guy wasn't there.. totally unprofessional..This is what you get hiring kids that don't have any experience or knowledge.. Good experience. My wife and I, purchased a 2018 Sorento from Kia West. We looked at a lot of 7 passenger SUVs. But it was the staff that made the difference. Unknowledgable advisor Been visiting this service centre for a few years. All his quote was uncertain and looks like he is 16. Terrible experience More

Found me my dream car Sabrina Sandu is very knowledgeable and worked really hard to find me the car of my dreams. I initially had chosen a Sorento as that's what I found on Sabrina Sandu is very knowledgeable and worked really hard to find me the car of my dreams. I initially had chosen a Sorento as that's what I found online that I liked but when I arrived was disappointed by the size and style (way to big). Sabrina was patient and was not discouraged by my disappointment and instead changed gears fast and started to send me specs for a number of other cars that I may like. It was a bit of a process, and she was graceful and solid throughout.She also knows her stuff inside and out. Now I own a car I LOVE and could not be happier!! Thank you so very much Sabrina!!! More
