It had everything I was looking for in a new truck so I went for a closer look. As I entered the go dodge dealership for the first time my first impression left my feeling a little apprehensive. The place isn’t as pretty as the other dealerships. I wasn’t sure what kind of people I would be dealing with. Then I happened upon Jin Lee who showed me the truck that I eventually purchased. After speaking with him for a minute or two my first impressions faded away. He was friendly courteous knowledgeable and really just a great customer service representative. Turns out that they just have a huge inventory of vehicles and not much room to be pretty. In making the deal I spoke to Kimberley who was very professional. Tough but reasonable. All in all I would highly recommend Go Dodge Surrey both for selection and price. No other dealership could get even close to the great deal on exactly the truck I was looking for. More

Manny Ahluwalia has a client for LIFE Recently bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from GO Dodge Surrey. I had bought a vehicle previously from GO Dodge but returned to deal with Manny. Unfortunat Recently bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from GO Dodge Surrey. I had bought a vehicle previously from GO Dodge but returned to deal with Manny. Unfortunately another salesman made contact with me before I could speak with Manny so the commission was split. But Manny went above and beyond (compared to the other saleman) in terms of making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He took control of a situation related to the purchase of the vehicle (I won’t go into detail at this time) that had the potential to ruin my experience and threatened to take my business elsewhere. This is where Manny stepped up and showed how much of a difference there is between a salesman who cares about client retention and customer satisfaction...and one who just views a customer as a ‘sale’ and a commission check. His work and efforts did not go unnoticed. I will be telling anyone and everyone who is looking for a vehicle to speak to Manny and no one else. Thanks again Manny More
