Disappointed I recently took my Nissan here for servicing because it is the closest go auto dealership to me and I had some points on my go auto card to use up. I I recently took my Nissan here for servicing because it is the closest go auto dealership to me and I had some points on my go auto card to use up. I spent over $700 on servicing and they didn’t wash or vacuum my car. When someone is spending that kind of money, the least a dealership can do is vacuum the floors and give it a quick wash. I just took my car to a Nissan dealership to get my window fixed. It cost me $60 but they washed and vacuumed my car free of charge. More

Wasn't too sure on what it was but my friend who was a mechanic suggested it was a pinched wire. So I took it to the dealership while my car was still under warranty and let them know my suggestion. My car was in the shop for a total of 3 weeks, and they made me pay for parts that did not solve the problem. When they thought they finally solved the problem, they made me pay $600 for a part. I drove it off the lot, and my ABS light still turned back on randomly. They didn't think to put back the old $600 part because obviously that did not fix the problem. (Why would I need to pay for the part if it was never broken in the first place) A week later when they finally realized it was a pinched wire, they went on and fixed it (as I had suggested from the beginning). I had driven it off the lot and had been driving it for a couple days. The ABS light was not turning on anymore, however I started to hear some type of rattling sounds when I was driving on my back left wheel where they did work on. Turns out they didn't put a shim back onto my breaks while they were inspecting that area of my car. My warranty is over, they won't admit their fault, and are not compensating for what they did wrong. They are insisting I pay for another inspection so they can 'back track' and see if it was their fault. Stupid, and super dangerous. Honestly, all these guys care about is finding ways to make more money. I always ended up with a bill for a part to pay for, rather than relying on any type of 'warranty'. Save your time and money, and find a better mechanic. Very disappointed. Highly unprofessional. More
BAD SERVICE DEPT! I purchaced my truck from Go Dodge Surrey. I paid for a maintenance package from them. For the past 3 years Ive been taking my truck to the dealership I purchaced my truck from Go Dodge Surrey. I paid for a maintenance package from them. For the past 3 years Ive been taking my truck to the dealership for maintenance. My warrantee ran out, so I took my truck to a different Shop. It was discovered that engine bolts were broken off, causing a noise and leak that I had previously brought up at the dealership only to be told that they couldn’t find anything. Also, that my air cleaner had never been changed. The oil was so dirty, there is question of whether the oil had ever been changed either. These guys are rip off artists. AVOID AT ALL COST!! More

I had a deal lined up from another dealership but I contacted Go Dodge to see if they could beat it. After days of not responding and some prodding from me I finally spoke to one of the sales managers Manny. Manny offered what appeared to be a good deal and on the phone I said, "I'll take it, what do you need from me?". They needed a $2000 non-refundable deposit to secure the car so I gave Manny my credit card information over the phone and asked, "so are we good? The car is secured?". Manny replied that the vehicle was mine and I could pick it up tomorrow after it is brought over from another dealership. I made arrangements for a ride out there to pick up the car and texted my salesperson Jeff at 10am to find out what time I should get there....no answer, I text again and still no answer....finally a few hours later I get a reply that they're just trying to finalize things and figure out what time it will arrive.....after many texts, hours, emails and phone calls it becomes clear that they don't actually have the car secured. I soon realized the only way I willl get any answers is by driving out there from Vancouver. I arrive at 8pm, wait for 30 minutes for a sales manager to speak to me only to find out that no they do not have the car. After another 45 minutes of waiting, another sales manager Casey says he's located a similar car and offers me a similar deal, I say yes, let's do it and get this done. They take another $2000 non-refundable deposit on this vehicle and we fill out all the paperwork with the VIN #, etc. I ask in very clear language "are you sure you have the vehicle this time?" And the response was "Absolutely, it is yours". Guess what? After another week of stalling and and avoiding me, they finally admit that this vehicle is not mine and never was. This whole experience soured me completely off car buying and I decided to keep my car for another year after the taste of this experience has washed away. If this is the kind of pre-sales experience you can expect I can't even imagine the post-sales treatment. I bet that lifetime warranty is almost impossible to collect on based on my experience with Go Dodge thus far. Very frustrating and a huge waste of time and energy for me. More
Poor service and lacking Bought a new car and was a mistake. Got a decent price but from the negotiation to the pickup service was terrible. Car wasn’t detailed or gassed up. Have i made a mistake in going to Go Dodge Surrey? I purchased 2017 Grand Caravan on 30th November 2017 The spare key had gone missing and till I got after them did not get it 3 months later. Now, JUST 4 months/ 3000 KM in I have an Engine malfunction on way to work The help center promptly got the van towed to dealership who refused to provide a shuttle to get to work ! The car is under warranty but there seems to be no hurry to provide quick service or replacement vehicle while it waits its turn to be looked at! Left a message for service manager to call back who has not had time so far Receptionist tried to help Looks like it will be a few days before someone responds.. More

I said no to that car MANY times. I left the dealership without hope. Next they they got the deal for the car I wanted. I just wish I was a fast process. Other than that, the service was great. More
