Worst dealer ever Went in for an oil change and winter tires put on. Technicians found a coolant leak .Part for repair not in stock. Car had to stay there. His reply no one here can do it your to far.Everytime I go to this dealer it’s always something. Never again will I go to that dealer. Last thing I’ll say is thank you.I will never buy a Kia again. The experience from walking into the dealership to the delivery was wonderful and we would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the disappointing winter tires we received. I was told and confirmed by the dealership that I would receive Yokohama tires and was surprised to find some Chinese branded tires installed instead! It made an otherwise good experience sour in the end. I would have appreciated if I was informed prior to delivery, instead of being convinced into its reliability once I brought it to the dealerships attention. More
