My experience with the Honda salesman was disappointing, so feeling a little anxious I decided, on the off chance, to pop into the Georgetown Kia to check it out. There was a red one on display and I immediately ``fell in love``. I was a little overwhelmed with all the options, but Ian Raine took the time to ask all the right questions and gave all the answers I needed. He took me for a test drive and even allowed me to try parking it in my driveway using a three-point turn (which made me realize this was the SUV for me!) As a mature women I felt absolutely no pressure to buy and after talking it over with my husband, I returned to see Ian an hour later and purchased the red Sportage. Ian and his manager gave me a great deal and threw in some great extras. Compared with Honda, the Kia experience was fantastic. I could not be any happier driving my new Sportage. More

Jerking around a 21 year old in 1st trimester of pregnancy If i could rate this place zero stars i would. I picked up a car from Georgetown Kia Used Car Superstore location 199 Guleph Street, on November 26th If i could rate this place zero stars i would. The car is a Midnight blue 2013 hyundai sonata, with bi-weekly payments of $ 214. On December 1st, 2018 at 3:18pm I was driving on highway 401 going westbound. When the engine started making a loud knocking sound. Upon braking and putting the car in park i was thrown against the steering wheel and I'm in my first trimester of pregnancy. Now the dealership toe the car to Hyundai who said there was recall on the engine. Now this dealership is giving me the run around about putting me a rental saying it's Hyundai's problem. No one is contacting me everyone is being shady. I will never go back in buisness with these people nor would I suggest anyone to. My sales rep was blake( he's cool but works for xxxx establishment) and his boss Nick gives people the run around for a living. More

New Stinger GT Limited I dropped into the Dealership to check out the new Stinger. Krish was the salesman I was introduced to. Although the dealership is not the closest one to my residence, Krish had done such a good job with my first visit that I decided to purchase from him. When I returned to the dealership Krish was away for a few days but Jason took over for him and was also very friendly and capable. I believe I met nearly every Manager in the Sales Dept - all very friendly. More

Starting with sales person Marcus recognizing what features I would appreciate and moving me from the model I was looking at to a better model for me, to Gord and Rodney and the Service Team handling the proactive maintenance quarterly, I know I have a reliable car, built and maintained to last. Though I live in Etobicoke, I drive to Georgetown, past several other Kia dealerships, because I know I will have a positive experience there. More
