Top Notch Service All Around I had to buy a new vehicle rather unexpectedly and really didn’t know for sure what I wanted. From the moment I walked through the door at KIA Georget I had to buy a new vehicle rather unexpectedly and really didn’t know for sure what I wanted. From the moment I walked through the door at KIA Georgetown I was met by several friendly staff. We were greeted by our product advisor Krish and were also introduced to the sales manager Ken. Krish listened to our situation, asked about our needs from a vehicle and our wants. He was extremely knowledgeable about not only the KIA models but other brands we were considering so was able to articulate similarities and differences between vehicles without being pushy or biased. The team went above and beyond to make every aspect of our experience pleasant and working with us to reach a deal we could all be happy about. They also did all they could to expedite delivery of our vehicle due to our circumstances and came through delivering it a few days earlier than expected. Krish has been diligent with follow up and ensuring that everything is good and we are happy. Our decision to buy from KIA was swayed not just because of the vehicle (we purchased the Telluride!) but from the overall experience. We are excited to support a hometown business and look forward to continuing to build the relationships we have started with this great team of people. Well worth the drive from Oakville. When I moved from Georgetown to Oakville in the southwest area called Bronte I found a dealership 5 minutes away and took my Sorento for a repair stil When I moved from Georgetown to Oakville in the southwest area called Bronte I found a dealership 5 minutes away and took my Sorento for a repair still covered under my extended warranty. It took them 3 visits and a year long to finally get it right. I gave them one more chance for a simple oil/filter change, and an hour and a half I got my car back. G'town Kia is a 45 minute drive away, but I still have all my work done there. Gordon and Rodney always greet me on arrival, the appointments are quickly made by the ladies on the service line, and fit me in at a time that avoids heavy traffic since I'm retired and don't need the hassle of rush hour on the QEW/403/407 route I use. When I'm told it may take 1 hour to an hour and a half the well trained mechanics usually wrap it up in 45 minutes to my total satisfaction. I have NEVER had to come back for the same problem twice, and always get worthy suggestions about what might be next to do in the way of preventive maintenance. More
