He took the time to ask us questions to get to know our needs and wants in order to enable him to help us out to his utmost ability. Len was very willing to assist us to make the right decision but without ever pressuring us to purchase anything without our comfort level being compromised. We test drove a few cars and he spent a few hours with us; again without pressuring us.
