Nothing but priblems So back in 2015 I went to get a car and was give a decent lancer, also had been told that within a year if all payments were made on time I could come So back in 2015 I went to get a car and was give a decent lancer, also had been told that within a year if all payments were made on time I could come back and trade in towards any vehicle I wanted. I had been late on 2 payments but when I went in after a year my sales lady from before had quit and I was dealing with someone new, after a long conversation I was told due to the two late payments I had to go with a brand new Kia forte and that's it so after thinking I agreed being told that again after a year I could have any vehicle of my choosing within a certain price range. Do a year goes by and I call to speak to my sales lady but she had quit and my original sales lady is back and I explain to her that fur to my job I can no longer afford to keep the car and I was told in a year I can trade or return the vehicle with out any complications. Now I'm being told I have to either keep it, trade for something more expensive or do a repo which would screw my credit up for a while. I was told she would contact her manager and give me a call back asap, that was at the end of October and still have heard nothing from her or the manager. Seems to me like customer service goes out the window as soon as you get a car off the lot. I don't ever plan on doing business with these guys again. I use to tell friends and family to go buy there but no I tell them to not waste there time. More

We made a conscious decision to buy a used “certified” vehicle from a local dealership. We put approximately 15 km, our drive home, on the car and took it to our tire guy for winters. When we picked up the car, our tire guy handed us a bag with the stripped lug nuts and studs that had been “holding” our tires on. All I can say is I am thankful for making the decision to get winter tires. This prevented the probability of an accident that could have compromised the safety of myself and my family. I went back into the dealership for some answers and to have them reimburse me for my costs incurred. It took multiple calls before Enzo got back to me. Basically I was told it was a used car what did I expect? I was only reimbursed a portion of my costs. I was also told to have our tire guy write a letter of what he found for them to consider giving us the remainder. As far as I’m conserved, the bag of lug nuts and studs should be more then enough. So we have walked away from the difference because it is not up to our tire guy, who we have used many times and trust, to have to get in the middle of this. So I now ask the dealership if they would be comfortable driving a car,certified by them, off the lot in that shape? More

I usually get a quote and he has always given me an accurate one if the problem is known. Because I work Monday to Friday in the GTA, it is hard to get an appointment. He always tries to get me in, even if I have to use the drop off box for Saturday morning service. The work is well done and he calls me if they find anything that looks to need checking. He is easy to get on the phone and always returns my calls. He is the best service manager that I have had at KIA. I highly recommend him. One of his mechanics (Bobby) is also excellent and good to deal with. More
