The Service guys were great when I took the car to them after purchase but it still took multiple visits to resolve an engine light issue which should really have been resolved prior to offering the car for sale and transpired to need a replacement ECU Not revealing it only had one key, on a car that has a smart key system till after money has changed hands I was about to drive off is somewhat disingenuous for a quality dealership. I was offered and requested a 2 year licensing fro the car...I was subsequently was surprised when I only got a couple of months when I picked it up. I laterdiscovered the likely reason is the car was overdue an emissions check again, not what I would expect from a quality dealership, at the very least I should have been informed when i collected it as to why it hadn't been licensed The glove box is broken and would have been immediately evident on a scrutinising. Given that it was -20c when I was purchasing this car and I urgently needed a car it was very difficult to look around myself and I was looking for a dealer i could trust to sort me out for safe reliable motoring for my family contact: k31ron@yahoo.com
