I met with Pat Mancini and he stayed late after his shift, so that he could show me the vehicle. He introduced me to Tom and John after my test drive. I met with Hendrick on Monday. All of these men were wonderful - very friendly, courteous and approachable. I know that Pat and Hendrick worked a little extra for me to help make this happen :) I thank them all for this wonderful experience...and would highly recommend this dealership and all the staff. Go see them if you are interested in buying a new car. The owner of the company...I'm sorry if I have the name incorrect-Joe-he even put the plates on my new car! This is the 2nd time I have bought from this dealership and years from now when I may be looking again...THIS is the only place I will go :) More

Talking to Marlene throughout the week and Setting up an appointment to come to the dealership the following Saturday we kept in touch throughout the week and make sure that everything was on schedule every time. Marlene Van Zyl is a type of person that understands the customer needs and wants and goes the extra mile to satisfy the customers she made me feel like I was one of her relatives and she was very knowledgable on the vehicles that she was selling she knows a lot about cars and trucks even some performance stuff I think Marlene Van Zyl Will help bring Georgetown Chevrolet to the top . The only problem I had at Georgetown Chevrolet was the fact that some of the staff knew I was coming to see the vehicle and the staff miss communicated with Melanie van Zyl because since they knew I was coming to see the truck and it wasn't at the dealership it was at the Georgetown fair which was very disappointing to me because I was coming from Keswick Ontario I wanted to test drive the truck that I wanted to buy . I still test drove a Nother truck at the dealership but it wasn't the same that was not Marlene Van Zyl Fault that was someone at the dealership should've communicated being that Marlene Van Zyl Day off Waze Friday and that I was coming to see the truck on Saturday . I like my 2016 Silverado Z71 but I did not know the tires that came with the truck were noisy if the truck was at the dealership and I was able to test drive it like I was supposed to I probably would not have bought that one because the noise the tires make when you drive it I would've chose a different model but overall I'm very happy with my truck but I will not make that mistake again. Marlene thank you for the thank you card that you sent to me that goes along way with me and potential customers and you will see me in the near future when my mom will be purchasing a vehicle there and I will probably be buying a Nother New Corvette at Georgetown Chevrolet but this time if I cannot test drive that vehicle I will not buy it not making that mistake again I wonder if Georgetown can bite the bullet and throw in for brand-new all season tires for me to help cope with the noise of the tires that are on the truck . What a great experience !!! I purchased a used Kia Soul for my sister. It started off on autotrader.ca . I called the dealership and spoke to Pat Mancini and setup a day and time I purchased a used Kia Soul for my sister. It started off on autotrader.ca . I called the dealership and spoke to Pat Mancini and setup a day and time to see the car. I made the trip from St Catharines and the soul was just as Pat stated on the phone. We took it for a nice long test drive not just around the block , which was great as you could get a feel of what the car was all about. I did buy the car and it was great experience dealing with Pat and Gio they treated my very fairly.
