WOW!!! Great Service! After checking out several different vehicles, I made my final choice! It was going to be the Buick Encore. From beginning to end, there is absolutely nothing else that they could have done to do it better. Pat was amazing. His service was absolutely perfect, nothing else we could have asked for. He went above and beyond for us. There was no 'salesman' feel from him, we could tell he was genuine. Everything was laid out for us which made the entire experience easy and quick. Doing the financial paperwork is never fun but Hendrick made everything so easy and quick. This was really appreciated as well. His advice was great and made decisions simple. Tom's help with the process was also appreciated. His over-the-top service helped us get a little more for our trade-in which we are really grateful for. This dealership has come so far since we purchased our HHR from there years ago. I will totally recommend anyone to this dealership and my new favorite vehicle is a Buick!! Who knew?! The Malibu Match!! We recently purchased a 2016 Malibu,we were unsure what we wanted to purchase, if we were going to purchase anything at all. We had a 2011 Cruse that We recently purchased a 2016 Malibu,we were unsure what we wanted to purchase, if we were going to purchase anything at all. We had a 2011 Cruse that we were possibility thinking of trading in although we loved our cruse we had toyed about the idea of trading it in. We then met Pat who was not only very knowledgeable but very friendly and professional he was very patient. We test drove a few models and soon Pat matched us with our perfect 2016 Malibu.We have been a loyal GM customer and as long as GM continues to hire sales representatives like Pat we will remain a customer for years to come.
