Purchase a new car From the moment I walked in on Friday after work to look at a new vehicle until the day I left with it-I was made to feel like I was part of the "fami From the moment I walked in on Friday after work to look at a new vehicle until the day I left with it-I was made to feel like I was part of the "family". I met with Pat Mancini and he stayed late after his shift, so that he could show me the vehicle. He introduced me to Tom and John after my test drive. I met with Hendrick on Monday. All of these men were wonderful - very friendly, courteous and approachable. I know that Pat and Hendrick worked a little extra for me to help make this happen :) I thank them all for this wonderful experience...and would highly recommend this dealership and all the staff.
