Feel like Family!! After weeks of researching and looking for the right vehicle for my family, I came across Georgetown Chevrolet in Autotrader. I spoke with Stephen Boi After weeks of researching and looking for the right vehicle for my family, I came across Georgetown Chevrolet in Autotrader. I spoke with Stephen Boisclair and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism. He informed me of his hours of business and didn't push me to set up an appointment. I showed up at the dealership unannounced with the intention of just seeing what condition the vehicle was in. Stephen greeted me at the door with the keys in hand. After a brief introduction, Stephen brought me to his desk and showed me a file that he started with my name on it.based on our phone conversation.He walked me through all of the ins and outs of the car and it was like he owned this car himself. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. John was patient as both my son and I were purchasing a vehicle at the same time. John took the time to answer all the questions asked of him from both the younger none driver to the more experience driver, even went as far as repricing out several vehicles before i decided on one. Undecided women, I guess. Excellent Customer Service In November 2016, my wife and I bought a Chevrolet Volt from Georgetown Chevrolet, and we had an excellent experience with both Pat and Hendrick. So In November 2016, my wife and I bought a Chevrolet Volt from Georgetown Chevrolet, and we had an excellent experience with both Pat and Hendrick. So much so that Georgetown Chevrolet was my first stop in looking to replace my truck. Pat is extremely knowledgeable about their product line, and shares as much information with his customers as he can so that the customer can make an informed and intelligent decision. He follows up with his customers, he makes them feel welcome when you arrive, and gave us a good walk through as I made my decision. Hendrick is very friendly and knowledgeable about the financing, warranty options, and was very expedient to get me moved into both of our new vehicles. It was a pleasure working with both Pat and Hendrick, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Chevrolet car or Chevrolet/GM truck. More
