On arriving, I was greeted by Cassandra who was just finishing with another customer. When my turn arrived, she was efficient and noted that the car was also due for a scheduled service and that she could fit this and one other small item into the service call. Rocky provided my shuttle ride to home and right on time, I phoned to advise me that my car was ready. I could not return to pick it up that day, but the next morning took a chance that my other car could be serviced on short notice. I drove it in and drove the other car back. Again, my car was ready promptly and I called Rocky for the return ride. All staff were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. More

I took it back, and it was inspected however no issue was found. I took the vehicle back a second time after the issue arose again. The second time, the problem was located and repaired at no extra cost. The service associate called and gave a full explanation of what had occurred. I was very happy to be fully informed, and that the problem was repaired with no extra expense for me. More
