Compete recalls Since I bought my Tundra, I have visited the other dealers to get my recalls up to date. None helped and some made things even more difficult. Mike was only to happy to help and had me booked in asap! I brought it in and it was finished when they said it would be. All the work was done neatly and professionally. When I went to pick it up, I noted some light scratches that weren't there before. I spoke with Doris and Brad about them. They relayed that the wash was touchless and always run filters in wash buckets. We were all dumbfounded how this could have happened. What impressed me was the offer to power polish them out, no charge. No fighting, no arguing, they just wanted me to be happy. I returned days later and Brad and his crew did a good job. I had opted to pay for the rest of the truck to be done as well, for a very reasonable price. My Tundra glowed! They were even able to get rid of the mistakes the last power polisher had made. As a side note, my Boss brought her Tundra in for the same things and had no issues what so ever, and is happy with their service. I love my truck and would never sell or trade it, but you can be sure that I will send anyone I can to Mike, Doris or Brad as they all have my respect and appreciation of their ethics and customer service. I can only say, I wish I had contacted Gateway Toyota much sooner. More

He has an amazing happy go lucky nature, very professional and he listens to everything you tell him. He always returns my calls in a timely manner and it says a lot about a person who is still working at the same place all of these years later. Doris & Doug are also the most amazing people at Toyota and if the 3 of them left tomorrow I would follow them as they have always gone above & beyond to take care of my car and make me happy. More

The service is efficient and reliable. The estimates for costs and time when I delivered were right on or better than I had anticipated. They have been doing my car since I purchased it. After 10 years, it still runs as well as it ever has, i..e. good. I keep on bringing my car there after 10 years, because I have confidence that they understand it. My mileage is on the low side (I drive less than 15,000 kms per year), but I never want to worry about a breakdown in the city or especially when I go on the open road to places like Banff or Jasper. A nice little touch is the car wash when everything is finished. More

Started good but end sourly My experience started very good. Troy and my shuttle driver Dale is always a pleasure to deal with. They are always cheerful, knowledgeable and great to interact with. However my experience soon turned sour as it seem extremely difficult to get an update on my vehicle when I called at 3:15pm. To get a simple answer if my vehicle was ready or not required apparently 3 phone calls, numerous transfer to different people even though I called specifically the service department, and 2 instances of being hanged up on. When I arrived to pick up my car, the service and parts department were closed. There was no direction on where to pay and get my keys, when I finally got to the receptionist, she was not able to give me the promotional item to redeem my coupon as apparently all the promotional items are so precious they get locked up only in the parts department. This was the 2nd year I wasn't able to redeem an item as last year, you ran out. Therefore since at this rate the promotional item coupons are basically useless, please stop spamming my mailbox with them. My husband also had a terrible experience a few weeks ago with his service. We have 3 cars and drive across the city to have all 3 vehicles to be serviced at Gateway regularly. The experience used to be fantastic from start to end but now from our last 2 bad services we will be definitely looking to go elsewhere from now on. Though I love dealing with 2 of your employees, however sadly its not enough to stay. More
